Move with Magick is a collaborative vision I grew alongside my friend Stacy, an Intuitive Energy Healer and my Virgo soul sis. We are creating a community of open-minded people who feel connected to nature and magick. In order to bring this community together, we host regular gatherings that align with the Celtic wheel of the year. Here, we honour the season and all it brings, nurture ourselves through healing modalities, and celebrate with our community.
We gather to feast, dance, meditate, spend time in nature, create beautiful things, and heal our witch wounds.
I lead the movement practices, while Stacy leads our meditation practices. Our collaboration of knowledge, skills, and passions has allowed us to host the events of my dreams. Come join the fun!
Ayurveda Workshops
Learn how natural medicine can support your lifestyle
Hosted in my beautiful Shrewsbury studio, these workshops are relaxed, beginner-friendly, and informative.
Get cosy in a beanbag, with a delicious golden milk or herbal tea, and dedicate a few well-deserved hours to you.
In these workshops we explore your mind, body, and soul, and the areas in which they feel out of balance. We discuss how Ayurveda can support your healing, and I’ll help you make those first small steps to introduce more holistic practices to your life.
Yoga Workshops
Relax and unwind
I’ve teamed up with plant-based Shrewsbury café Turned Wood to host seasonal workshops and yoga brunch events throughout the year.
Our collaboration was born out of joint values in healthy, plant-based eating, and making yoga accessible to all. I lead the yoga practice, and they provide the delicious, nutritious food and specialty coffee.
This is an opportunity for you to treat yourself to some genuinely nourishing self-care. A small but significant moment of peace within your life.
Located in the historical flaxmill maltings, Turned Wood’s space is open, accessible, and full of light.
