In these workshops we explore your mind, body, and soul, and the areas in which they feel out of balance. We discuss how Ayurveda can support your healing, and I’ll help you make those first small steps to introduce more holistic practices to your life.

Relax and unwind
I’ve teamed up with plant-based Shrewsbury café Turned Wood to host seasonal workshops and yoga brunch events throughout the year.
Our collaboration was born out of joint values in healthy, plant-based eating, and making yoga accessible to all. I lead the yoga practice, and they provide the delicious, nutritious food and specialty coffee.
This is an opportunity for you to treat yourself to some genuinely nourishing self-care. A small but significant moment of peace within your life.
Located in the historical flaxmill maltings, Turned Wood’s space is open, accessible, and full of light.
